Hello everyone! It’s Emma from Crafting{E}. I am back with an AMAZING recipe today. So before I tell you how amazing these Frozen Lemonade Bars are I feel like you deserve some sort of a back story. I have always lived in sunny Arizona. It has it’s perks, but it also means that during the summer it is 10000000 degrees outside. As a result of this I have many summer memories of being out by the pool eating something refreshing and cold.
Now that I’m older (and still living in AZ) I still crave cold and refreshing sweets during the summer. These Frozen Lemonade Bars definitely fit the bill. Seriously… It is SO amazing. Imagine normal lemonade (which is delicious by itself) x10 on the deliciousness scale. Yep, the deliciousness scale is definitely a thing.
It is so hard to describe how good these bars taste through a computer. In essence these bars consist of a delicious Ritz Cracker crust that is topped with a mixture that consists of frozen lemonade, sweetened condensed milk, and cool whip. If that doesn’t sound amazingly refreshing on a hot summer day, I don’t know what will.
Seriously this stuff is so good. You guys just need to make it.
All of these pictures do not even do these bars justice.

So easy and yummy. A perfect dessert to have on hand in the freezer all summer long. My husband loved this and he usually doesn’t like a dessert that doesn’t include chocolate.

I’m glad you guys liked it! I’m usually more of a chocolate fan too, but this recipe is definitely an exception.

I despise Cool Whip! Look at the ingredients. Do you really think this is healthy? While whipping cream as a substitute may not be very healthy due to the fat content, at least I know what I’m eating!

I don’t see anywhere that Emma described this as “healthy”. What I did read was “refreshing”. Why are you so bitchy? If it’s not up to your standards, just move on without making a snide comment. Good grief; the nerve of some people!

I make a pie on the same lines as this and my family love it, if I don’t make it for holidays they ask what happened! I cheat and use a store bought graham cracker pie crust and just regular frozen lemonade concentrate along with the cool whip and sweetened condensed milk. So delicious!
