Hello everyone, it’s Emma from Crafting{E} again! Thanks for joining me today! You guys…. I have the most amazing dessert to share with you today! Introducing Crispy Peanut Butter Brownies. If you were wondering, yes… they are as amazing as they look. Not only are these brownies amazingly delicious but they have a story behind them too.
This summer my family went on a trip to the midwest United States. On our way to one of our destinations, we passed through Amish country. While we were passing through we stopped by an Amish Market. They had the most amazing food! My favorite part was all of the delicious baked goods. One of the things we saw while we were there was a package of brownies similar to the ones I’m sharing today.
Although we considered buying the brownies, we ultimately decided to get something else. Ever since then I have been thinking about trying to recreate my own version of the yummy treat I saw in the market. Well (with the help of my mom) this delicious treat was invented.
Here’s what these brownies consist of. The bottom layer is just a normal brownie. Then, on top of the brownie, is a layer of marshmallow fluff (I know, amazing). Then, on top of that, is a layer of peanut butter mixed with rice crispy’s and chocolate.
YUM!!! My mouth is watering just from looking at the pictures. Although this dessert is delicious, they are very rich. Because of that I cut the brownies into very small pieces, but those small pieces are more than enough!
