I’m always looking for ways to have more balance in my life and for things that will help with that. This Raspberry Protein Shake is just that – easy to make, but helps keep things balanced. It’ll go right into my healthy recipes.
Burt’s Bees came out with a new line of products. I was already a huge fan of the face products, soaps, etc from Burt’s Bees. I’ve used tons of their products in the past. So trying out their Plant-Based Protein Shakes was a natural fit for me. It’s an easy way to boost protein intake. The possibilities are endless with a vanilla or chocolate version. I prefer vanilla but my family prefers chocolate. This recipe calls for the vanilla version. It’s as easy as one-two-three.
The Best Raspberry Protein Shake
- ½ c Greek vanilla yogurt
- 1 scoop Burt's Bees™ Protein +Healthy Radiance - Vanilla
- 1 c frozen raspberries
- ¾-1 c water
- 2 tbsp honey
- Add all ingredients to a blend and blend until smooth.
- Drink immediately.
You could use this same base for a peach version, strawberry, blueberry, and so much more!
