Celebrate the Fourth with a festive pinwheel. Just print, cut and assemble for the perfect holiday decoration!
There are a lot of fun ideas for the 4th of July! Tons of good recipes, some activities and crafts like this one.
Download the Fourth of July Pinwheel Printable here, print in color on cardstock. You will need a pencil, thumbtack, hole punch and scissors. This project is as easy as 1-2-3. Your kids will have fun putting them together with you and then spinning away!
Cut out the printable.
Punch a hole in the center. It helps to lightly fold in half and only punch halfway in.
Punch a hole in each of the four corners.
Place the holes, stacking them one by one onto the thumbtack.
Push the thumbtack into the eraser of the pencil.
Adjust so that it does not hit the pencil as it turns.
Now you can spin away!
