This Martin Luther King Jr quote is one of my all time favorites.  You can download and print it to hang in your home, office, at school or wherever you’d like! Martin Luther King Jr. Quote - download this 8x10 print from www.thirtyhandmadedays.com

Years ago I had a conversation with my youngest about Martin Luther King Jr and what he had learned about in school.  Every once in awhile I’m reminded just how much things have changed.  Having our little heart to heart melted me and see things from a different perspective.
Over the past year or so, things have gotten really heated in our country.  Politics got straight out ugly during this last election.  While I don’t want to talk about the side that I fall on, I have to say that I was really surprised on both sides of the race just how ugly things got.  It made me so sad.  I’d like to think that people like Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. fought the way he did for us to all come together, not be so divided.  But then again, I know he stood up for what he thought was right and people this last year did that as well.   Whatever the case may be, I’m going with this quote – “I’ve decided to stick with love.  Hate is too big a burden to bear.”
