Tip for getting bird’s nest out of muffin tin:
Liners can be used to easily pull the bird’s nests out of a muffin tin. But if you don’t have liners, you can use a big spoon and run it around the inside of each nest to them up so you don’t break them apart. Because they are fragile until solid, they will crumble if you’re not careful at first.
How long will Bird’s Nests last?
If stored in an airtight container, bird’s nests can last for up to five days so they can be made ahead to enjoy for Easter!
