Looking for something sweet but still falls in line with counting points? These Weight Watchers desserts will hit the spot!
What is Weight Watchers?
Weight Watchers is a program designed to help you lose weight. They have recently changed their name to just “WW.” I joined WW last year and loved it so much (see posts below for my take on the program). The basic idea is that you track points based on your height, weight and age. There are tons of zero point foods that you can eat throughout the day. I highly recommend it as a lifestyle change.
Weight Watchers Desserts
One of the hardest things about scaling back and tracking what you’re eating is the lack of treats. Give me some of the good stuff! In an effort to find something good to eat that is in line with WW, I found these Weight Watchers desserts:
Peanut Butter Balls from Skinny Points
Cherry Cheesecake Bites from Midlife Healthy Living
Sunshine Cake from Recipe Diaries
Strawberry Shortcake Poke Cake from Cooking Made Healthy
Red Velvet Cake from Laloosh
Berry Crisp from Slap Dash Mom
Pineapple Angel Food Cake from Simple Nourished Living
Weight Watchers Frozen Desserts
When I was looking for desserts, there were a lot of frozen recipes. These would especially be great for a hot day, but really.. you can’t go wrong with them anytime! Try them out and let me know what you think:
- Yogurt Covered Strawberries from Keeping on Point
- Dole Whip from My Crazy Good Life
- Skinny Ice Cream Sandwiches from Kleinworth & Co
- Blackberry Frozen Yogurt from Recipe Girl
- Blueberry Fro-Yo Bark from Keeping on Point
