This Rosemary Chicken Pasta has become on of our family favorites over the years. You need to try it!
Chicken Pasta
Over the summer I got out of my good cooking routine. I’m trying to force myself back in the kitchen with good, family meals all around the table like the good old days. Our family eats lots of chicken. I’m always on the look out for easy chicken recipes. This one is from a very dear friend who gave it me years ago. Every time I make it I think ‘I need to make this one more often!’ It really is sooo simple to make so there are no excuses.
If you like this recipe, you will like these too:

Although this calls for bow tie pasta, you can use pretty much whatever you want or whatever you have on hand. I’ve also used half and half instead of straight whipping cream. It’s perfect with some garlic bread and salad. Mmmmmm hhhmmmmmmm. Yum!

This is the third one of your meals I’ve made this week, and I loved them all! Your recipes are delicious, easy to follow, and don’t require a lot of hard to find ingredients.
I will be making this one again, although next time I think I’ll either add some peas or broccoli!

Funny question … I’d love to try this as I have fresh rosemary growing in my garden, but I have no idea how much 1/2 of a carton is? Can you give us more of a measurement, like a palm full, or a tablespoon full and is it chopped or left whole. Thanks …

I think this looks wonderful! Dairy doesn’t always agree with me, I will risk it for this. I love rosemary. How much is in 1/2 carton? I have a rosemary plant, but I wasn’t sure how much to use. Love the blog!
